Built in the 1800’s this charming Greek revival home nestles beneath mature pines on two beautiful acres. A fully stocked trout stream, slate patio with a brick bar-b-que, and nature trails to explore, completes the serene country atmosphere.

The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and one full bath. There is an enclosed sun porch that is perfect for a morning cup of coffee while watching birds and deer.

A living room, family room and a large eat-in sun porch completes the main floor accommodations. 18 Creekside’s amenities include room air conditioning, cable TV/DVD, and a washer/dryer. A land line telephone is also available.

Please note, this is a smoke free home. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the grounds. Thank you for respecting the house rule!

18 Creekside is conveniently located off of route 205 and is a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park or downtown Cooperstown. It is 20 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and Oneonta.

The price is $1200.00 per a week; Friday to Friday. There is an 6 person maximum occupancy. The price includes a full American breakfast.

A 50% deposit and a $600.00 damage deposit are due at the time of the reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival and the damage deposit will be refundable upon departure.

We will accept checks for deposits and traveler’s checks or cash for your balance. There is a 3% discount if you pay in full at the time of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation is received 50 days or more before reserved date of occupancy, the full amount of payment will be refunded, less a 10 % cancellation fee.

If a cancellation notice is received less than 50 days before reserved arrival time, there will be no refund. If house is re-rented, then payment will be refunded to canceling individual(s), less a 10% cancellation fee.
