Three bedroom / two bathroom cottage, which sleeps six, is a newly renovated cottage with modern baths and kitchen.

It has a spectacular view of Canadarago Lake and will be your home away from home as you enjoy the many attractions in the surrounding area.

Pack your bathing suit. The lake is crystal clear and refreshing.

If golfing is your bag, toss in the clubs. Courses abound to challenge you.

Aficionados of opera can enjoy the productions at Glimmerglass Opera House - just a 12 minute drive from the lake.

Baseball fanatics can rejoice after a day in Cooperstown - also just a 12 minute drive.

In the kitchen, a spacious center island is surrounded by new stainless steel appliances (including microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher) and beautiful hardwood cabinets, making it easy to prepare meals.

All cookware, utensils and dinnerware are provided. Or enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas barbeque grill located at the end of the porch.

A cozy dining area provides a panoramic view of the water through large picture windows.

The cottage's "great room" with its lovely fireplace is decorated in comfortable wicker furniture, which you can easily move around to enjoy the spectacular views, read, watch TV, or check your email via our wireless Internet connection provided free of charge.

The larger of the two bathrooms, with a tub and shower, also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. A closet full of towels is always ready for your swimming and bathing pleasure. And the linen closet, located in the hall, has linens provided for you vacation needs.

All three bedrooms (they sleep six) are comfortably appointed. One bedroom has a full size bed, and the other two, which adjoin the second full bathroom, both have queen beds.

A wide wraparound deck, with its view of the lake, is a wonderful place for you and your family to relax, dine, or just enjoy the spectacular sunrise and sunset. And you can sit out on the expansive lawn or play croquet and badminton there.

Just a few steps down the wrought iron stairs, and you are on the lake front - a pleasant spot to stroll, swim, or fish. And, if you are so inclined, bring your canoe and fishing gear. Canadarago Lake if the Walleye capital of the Northeast - the fish will jump right into your boat!
